I. Preparation before entering into well
Erect tripod, lifting tool or winch, the lifted weight should not be less than 2 tons.
To make good preparation for wrench, hand hammer, screwdriver, electrician tools and instrument.
To check whether the electric submersible pump is well assembled, whether the accessories are complete. To insert the big screwdriver into the impellor plate from the impellor month on the upper of water intake, to rotate the impellor with force, if it is rotated, then Ok; if it is not rotated with force, it needs to unload the base and support a wood block under the end of motor axle, to use a hammer to strike, then the pump axle will rotate.
Unscrew the two bolts of inlet hole on the upper of motor, at the same time, to fasten the outlet bolt at the bottom of motor, and fill the inner chamber of motor with clean water, then fasten the inlet bolts.
The insulation resistance of winding to ground (casing) should not be less than 150megohms when using 500-V megohm meter to make measurement.
To packing the cable joint: to peel the rubber layer from the three-core or single-core joint according to the dimension requirement of Appendix Drawing; to burnish the rust layer of multi copper-core wire, then connect firmly the three cable core wires respectively and the connecting joint length should not be less than 50mm. For a large-capacity motor, it is better to wind a bare copper seal, and then make welding process through soft soldering, so as to ensure a better joint and safe operation. After the connection of cable joint, self adhesive rubber tape should be use to pack the three core wires for half-folded 1 to 2 layers, then plastic adhesive tape will be use to pack for half-folded 3 to 4 layers. After the better connection of cable joint, the cable(cable joint included) will be lead out to dip into water completely, and then use again 500-V megohm meter to measure the insulation resistance of winding and takeoff cable to ground, the machine set can enter into well when the resistance value is not less than 150megohms
II. The precautions during installation
During the entry into well, if jam occurs, it should rotate and pull the ascending pipe to overcome the dead point, so as to avoid jam or damage the pump cable.
It should use the cushion when installing pipeline and the bolt should be fastened evenly.
During the entry into well, the cable should be closely against the ascending pipe, and to use plastic rope or nylon rope to fasten it. It should be avoided that the cable is pulled broken or the protective layer is damaged.
When installing or lifting the electric submersible pump, it is absolutely banned to use cable as rope to lift.
According to the silting up of floating sand in the well, the distance between pump and bottom of well should be decided. The electric pump should never be berried into silt sand. Normally, the distance should not be less than 3 m, the distance between variable water level and inlet mouth should not be less than 1 m and the inlet depth under pump should meet the lift requirement of pump type selected.
The electric submersible pump must be mounted vertically, and can not be used when falling down(GQB20-15/1 and YTB70-6/1 are in exception). For detailed requirement of installation, to see “installing and using sketch of electric submersible pump” |
