I. QJ series electric submersible pump can be divided into four parts:

•  YQS series well-purpose, water filled, submersible three-phase asynchronous motor(matched with leading-out cable)

•  Water pump assembly (normally assembled with electric motor when leaving out factory)

•  Ascending pipe(steel and rubber pipe are available according to user's need)

•  Starting control box(matched with the pump when leaving out factory)

II. Features of QJ series electric submersible pump:

•  QJ series electric submersible pumps are matched with YQS series well-purpose, water filled, submersible three-phase asynchronous motor; the winding of stator adopts electromagnetic wire with anti-corrosion water-proof polyethylene insulated nylon sheath in water. The winding can directly dip in water.

•  The upward and downward guide bearing, thrust bearing of motor, as well as pump's bearing are all made of special material with structure of water lubrication, and so has better anti corrosion.

•  In order to prevent the sand or soil from entering into the inner chamber of motor, two positive/negative reinforced seals and water rings are mounted on the upper part of the motor, which form a labyrinth anti-sand mechanism.

•  Rubber pressure-regulating membrane is mounted on the down part of the motor. When the pressure vary inside the motor arising from starting, stopping or load change, the Rubber pressure-regulating membrane can automatically regulate the inner pressure.

•  The water pump adopts centrifugal impellor, the single stage has a high lift and a compact structure.
